Incredible service. The hotel was clean and proper. The check in was fast and smooth and Brent was a superb guy. He made our check-in an excellent experience and he ensured that we understood everything and explained all thoroughly. Prices are reasonable and for the type of room and experience I would definitely recommend. I would definitely stay here again and I would encourage everyone to pick the Fairfield before other hotels. Again the best thing are the clean rooms and awesome staff. Thanks a lot

Great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice gym, and very friendly staff. Only complaint is the AC is not cold enough. It only has one little floor unit and with high ceilings it took 3 days of being on lowest setting 65 degrees for the room became tolerable. We even moved rooms and it’s still the same. It will take many hours to get below 75. We are a Marriott fan, but we will have to skip this place until the AC is better.

Never Stay at This Location The price may seem reasonable, and the location is convenient, with plenty of quick dining options nearby and easy access to downtown West Palm Beach. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member—regardless of your status, even Titanium Elite or higher—don't expect any acknowledgment of your membership at check-in. The front desk simply asked for my ID, handed me a room key, and pointed me toward the elevators. When I entered my assigned room, there was already another guest inside. It was an embarrassing and unsettling experience for both of us. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but this type of mistake has the potential to create serious safety, privacy, and legal issues. The staff offered (varying) explanations for how the error occurred, and the General Manager gave a brief apology before asking, "What would you like me to do?" (As if I have knowledge on how to amend a guest within a General Manager's ability.) I was also told they would treat the incident as a learning experience for the staff. While I appreciated the apology, it did not restore my confidence after such a significant lapse in guest safety. To make matters worse, the room was assigned under my reservation and linked to my Bonvoy account, meaning another guest had checked into a room already assigned to me. I ultimately canceled my reservation and paid extra to move to another Bonvoy property at a higher rate, at my cost. The difference in customer service and attention to guest safety was immediately noticeable. They had proper checks and balances in place to prevent such an incident, and I was much more comfortable staying there. This experience left me with no confidence in this property's ability to protect guests' privacy and security. I cannot recommend staying here.

I am a very loyal Marriott customer, always making Marriott my first choice whenever possible. This location epitomizes why I feel this way. The property is immaculate. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is amazing - and everything is so clean! It has a great fitness center and a pool that is larger than the "bathtub pools" at many other properties. When you leave the airport and arrive at your hotel exhausted from a day of travel, this is exactly what you hope to find. Great place to stay - you won't be disappointed!

Positive: Reasonably priced hotel with excellent staff. Love that breakfast in included. Negative: Location is in the middle of nowhere. Also, no hot tub like the other similar Fairfield in West Palm Beach.

Breakfast was horrible sausage looked like dog food. If you are going to provide food make sure it edible. They don’t put a lot of effort into the food at all . Definitely check your beds good before laying in them I thought I did. I was getting ready to checkout so I started to stripping the beds just to help out and noticed a big pee spot in the middle of the beds covered by a white pad. Rooms aren’t cheap to be getting beds that has sheets full of pee.I guess they are too busy stealing from the hotel to do their job. I set on the parking lot watching 3 of the housekeeping staff roll out a blue cart full of supplies to put it into their trunks. But yet they can’t change a simple dirty sheet. Management do better check your rooms because I pretty sure it’s other beds that has nasty sheets.

We were so pleased with our stay at this Fairfield Inn and HIGHLY recommend! Our room and the public areas were spotless. All the staff was so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The front office manager, Denise, happily accommodated our room request, and even though the hotel seemed fairly full we enjoyed a quiet stay. A big shout out to Lonny, who actively strives to elevate this hotel to top notch status. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.
